Dates: Saturdays Time: 10am-11:15am Instructor Facilitator: Steph Barnes Class Description: Practice in a gently warmed room designed to support ease of movement, flexibility, and a deeper connection with your body. This breath-centered flow links movement and awareness through a thoughtfully sequenced practice that builds strength, balance, mobility, and resilience. With an emphasis on mindful alignment, students are encouraged to explore postures in ways that support their unique body, breathing patterns, and nervous system needs, building greater self-awareness, confidence, and equanimity. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace, honor their body’s signals, and make choices that best meet their needs in any given moment. Modifications and options are offered throughout class, creating an accessible and empowering experience for a wide range of practitioners.
