The Reset Class Dates and Times: Thursdays 12-12:45pm Instructor/Facilitator: Elaine Gallas, Somatic Psychotherapist, RYT, Director of PRANA Yoga Studio Class Description: Feel better now, and leave with practical tools you can easily use in everyday life. This gentle, trauma-informed class blends somatic movement, grounding practices, nervous system education, and restorative techniques designed to help unwind tension, release accumulated stress patterns, and support greater balance and flexibility within the nervous system. Led by Elaine Gallas, this class offers accessible practices that honor nervous system individuality and encourage participants to move at their own pace. While breath may feel supportive for some, the class also explores a variety of grounding anchors beyond breath, including movement, sensory awareness, environmental orientation, rhythm, rest, and connection. This is not a typical yoga class. There is no expectation for flexibility, performance, or prior experience. Instead, the focus is on simple, repeatable practices that can support stress relief, nervous system regulation, and greater connection with your body both in class and in everyday life. Perfect for beginners and beneficial for anyone navigating stress, burnout, overwhelm, chronic tension, anxiety, or simply seeking more ease, presence, and restoration in daily life.
