Dates: Wednesdays Time: 6:00-7:15pm Instructor Facilitator: Elaine Gallas, Somatic Psychotherapist, RYT, Director of PRANA Yoga Studio Class Description: Gentle movement, restorative yoga, and ocean drum meditation for nervous system support. Experience a gentle, nervous-system-centered practice designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and restore. Through mindful movement, restorative yoga, guided somatic practices, vagus nerve stimulation, and ocean drum meditation, you'll be invited to release tension, settle into the present moment, and cultivate a greater sense of ease, balance, and inner connection. No prior yoga experience is necessary. All are welcome. Who is this for? This class is for anyone seeking: • A nervous system “reset” after stress, busyness, or overwhelm. • Gentle somatic tools to help release stuck tension or stress responses in the body. • A soothing balance of mindful movement and restorative stillness. • Practices that foster a felt sense of safety, deep rest, and nervous system health & flexibility. • A nurturing space for relaxation, even if you feel too wired or restless for stillness.
