Service Description
Restorative Yoga with Reiki Class Date: Tuesdays Time: 5:30-6:30pm Instructor Facilitator: Jen Rizza, RYT Advanced Therapeutic Yoga, Yin & Restorative Specialty, Reiki Master Teacher, Wellness & Lifestyle Coach Class Description: Restorative Yoga with Reiki Class - This calming and centering class is 60 minutes. Unwind from your day, take some time to decompress and tune within. To begin each practice, the room is cleared of negative energies and then imbued with divine, loving Reiki energy to create a safe container to replenish, renew, cleanse and harmonize. This is a restorative yoga class and you’ll be guided through a few gently stretching and nourishing poses targeted to align your body’s energy centers. Reiki will be shared throughout the class – you may elect not to receive, please let Jen know when you arrive. Who is this for: The pace of life is busy and it draws on our energies, often leaving us feeling depleted and stuck in survival mode. Through restorative practices to realign and bring balance to your energies, you’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to step back into life with more presence. If you are new to yoga, this is a GREAT place to start! This class focuses less on physical movement; rather, it invites softening into a shape in a way that suits your unique body, mindfulness, centering, calm, relaxation and empowerment to live in more aligned energetic flow. This class is restorative in nature, and will be tailored to meet the needs of participants.
