Service Description
We are all made of energy - Reiki helps to discover areas in your body and energy centers where your energetic flow could be cleared or increased. In a Reiki session, you lay comfortably on a massage table, fully dressed. Jen will guide you into relaxation through breathwork practices and meditation and will then work with your energies, either with gentle touch or hands-off. During a session, clients may see colors, feel strong emotions, and some drift into Theta sleep. Following the session, clients report feeling deep relaxation, ease and peace. In-person sessions are located at Rocky Glen Mill, Second Floor, Suite 203. Booking request is subject to availability and will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking request.
