Service Description

Anchor • Align • Awaken Therapeutic Slow Flow for Strength, Stress Relief & Nervous System Flexibility Expand your capacity to meet life’s experiences with greater grounding, flexibility, and ease through mindful movement, nervous system wisdom, and embodied awareness. Join Elaine Gallas, Somatic Psychotherapist and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher (LPC, RYT-200) for this 90-minute therapeutic practice weaving together an intentional slow flow, restorative yoga, somatic practices, and practical nervous system tools to cultivate strength, balance, stability, and flexibility, both on and off the mat. Throughout class, you’ll explore balancing effort with ease, discovering supportive anchors beyond the breath, and awakening the compassionate inner witness while expanding your window of capacity (also known as the window of tolerance). Physical flexibility and mobility may naturally improve over time, but neither is required for this practice. Instead, we’ll focus on cultivating flexibility within the nervous system, learning to adapt, recover, and meet life’s experiences while staying grounded, connected, and resourced. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more centered, and deeply restored with simple, practical tools you can return to whenever you need them. Therapeutic Benefits ~Develop greater capacity to navigate stress with steadiness, choice, and self-awareness.
