Energize Flow & Restore Dates: Saturdays in October Time: 9-10:15am Instructor Facilitator: Elaine Gallas, Somatic Psychotherapist, RYT, Director of PRANA Yoga Studio Class Description: Elaine Gallas (she/her) is a licensed mental health therapist (LPC) and yoga instructor specializing in somatic embodiment and nervous system regulation. This 75 minute class is designed to awaken the body and mind while supporting nervous system balance. The class begins with somatic movements and energizing breathwork to gently activate Prana - the lifeforce energy within - followed by an accessible and empowering vinyasa flow to build sustainable energy. As the class unfolds, movement slows into grounding, restorative postures and breath practices that invite the body into regulation and deep calm. This integration of activation and restoration helps you step into your day feeling both vibrant and centered. Who is this for: This class is for anyone seeking to start their morning with clarity, energy, and grounding. It's especially supportive for those who want to move in a way that honors the body's rhythms, balances effort and ease, and integrates nervous system regulation into daily practice. All levels welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary.
