Rooted in the harmony of effort and ease, this class invites participants to listen inward and move in ways that honor their body’s needs moment to moment. Progressive sequencing, adaptable options, and somatic awareness cues support a practice that is both energizing and grounding. The experience centers choice, agency, and self-trust, creating space for empowerment to emerge organically from within. All levels are welcome.
