1:1 Therapeutic Yoga Session with Elaine In Elaine's therapeutic yoga session, she blends mindful movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness to support nervous system regulation and holistic well-being. Rooted in trauma-informed principles, these offerings are designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re seeking healing, grounding, or simply a space to reconnect with your body. Individual Therapeutic Yoga Sessions are considered a Wellness Service with practices focused on somatic support, nervous system balance, and embodiment practices. These sessions are not clinical therapy and do not involve diagnosis nor treatment of mental health conditions. As such, these sessions are not eligible for insurance reimbursement. If you are an established therapy client, therapeutic yoga and somatic practices can be incorporated into your counseling sessions as part of a clinically appropriate treatment plan. These sessions fall under mental health services and may be eligible for insurance reimbursement. • Therapy session with integrated somatic/yogawork – Billed at standard therapy rate • Superbills available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement • HSA/FSA cards may be used for eligible clinical services Please note: Clinical services require an intake assessment and ongoing treatment plan.
