Whole SELF Healing: A Somatic Psychotherapy Group Where All Parts of You Are Welcome

Join Elaine Gallas, LPC, and Sheryl Fatse, Somatic Coach and Practitioner, for this 6-week series designed to support self-regulation, nervous system balance, and connection in community. This group offers an inclusive, affirming space where all genders, identities, and lived experiences are welcome.


What to Expect:

• Body-Centered Practices: Mindful movement, breathwork, and experiential exercises cultivating connection to the wisdom within

• Somatic & Cognitive Integration: A blend of top-down cognitive processing (meaning-making, insight) with bottom-up somatic embodiment (body awareness, regulation)

• Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Somatic IFS: Welcome and explore all the different parts of yourself through both traditional and somatic approaches, nurturing Self-compassion and curiosity
