Join our Kundalini Psychosomatic Wellness Circle in Sandy Hook, Connecticut, led by Victoria Pekhnik.

This is more than a yoga class, more than just meditation class - this is Kundalini yoga + breathwork + gentle movement to move stagnant energy and quiet the mind. As a psychosomatic practice, you'll deepen body awareness and support emotional healing.
