About the event
This 4-week somatic psychotherapy group is designed to support nervous system regulation, deepen mind-body awareness, and cultivate a capacity for handling life’s challenges. This group offers a supportive space for experiential learning, where you’ll engage in body-centered practices and mindful movement, breathwork, and interactive processing to foster greater emotional balance and connection.
Through guided exercises and group dialogue, participants will explore strategies for managing stress, regulating emotions, and building self-awareness. The closed-group setting provides a unique opportunity for deeper healing through shared experiences, interpersonal learning, and compassionate witnessing.
With an emphasis on compassion and curiosity, this series will provide a nurturing environment helping each member to move toward ease and inner safeness through an embodied and holistic approach to wellness. Whether you're navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself and others in a meaningful way, this group will allow you to attune to your inner wisdom…
