About the event

In the heart of winter, SHINE Workshop by Newtown Wellness Collective will have you feeling brighter, lighter, replenished, energetically renewed and in greater balance, ready to emerge strongly in the spring.

Sunday, February 26

3-5:30pm at the Collective

75 Glen Rd, Sandy Hook, CT

Participation includes two back-to-back sessions, each running approximately 45-50 minutes:

· Energetics and Intuitive Connection by Victoria Pekhnik & Tracy Mignone

     o Grounding meditation

     o Tai Chi energy movement

     o Intuitive readings

     o Chakra clearing and balancing

· Somatic Sensory Balance by Jen Rizza & Dorina Leslie

    o Breathwork & centering practice

    o Aromatherapy

    o Guided visualization intention setting with crystal grid

    o Sound therapy with restorative yoga

Sessions will be held in small-group format with a maximum of 8 per group and running concurrently.  First sessions begin at 3:15pm, second sessions begin at 4:15pm.

Practitioners Dorina Leslie, Jen Rizza, Tracy Mignone and Victoria Pekhnik will be available following the second sessions to answer any questions about the offered programs and wellness modalities.  These sessions are offered to introduce you to several different holistic health services while learning techniques to support your self-care at home.
