Sangha Event ~ Planet Viewing
Join a sweet community of heart-led souls to view the upcoming planet-parade on August 28th
Sangha is the practice of coming into community, assembly, association, company to hold safe space for one another and share ideas to foster purposeful self-growth. The origins of sangha practice are spiritual in nature and serve as collective support while making your individual journey.
Best viewing is before sunrise at 6:15am. We'll meet at 5:45am at the scenic overlook on Old Castle Drive, Newtown, CT to view the planets and watch the sun rise. Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Mercury will be visible. Stay as long as you'd like.
**If someone has a telescope to bring, Neptune and Uranus will also be viewable**
There will be space for conversation, quiet, musing, reflection, and time to view the closing night sky and enjoy the sunrise.
This offering is free, simply a space to be in community with others.
