As the Moon wanes toward renewal, inviting a natural slowing down and turning inward, join us for an evening of gentle somatic movement, nervous system restoration, and immersive sound healing.
Through trauma-informed somatic flow, vagal toning practices, breathwork, and mindful movement, we will support the body in releasing accumulated tension, completing stress responses, and reconnecting with its innate capacity for regulation, grounding, and ease. This gentle practice prepares the body to settle more deeply into the soothing vibrations of a crystal singing bowl sound bath, creating space for rest, reflection, and renewal.
