About the event
A slow, grounding restorative and yin yoga experience designed to help you soften, surrender, and release the day. Through long-held, fully supported poses, gentle stretching, breath work, and guided relaxation, you’ll be invited into deep rest and nervous system healing. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and ready for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Led by Tanya DeJesus, a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, currently on her path to 500-hour certification. Tanya has been teaching for several years and is devoted to helping others slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves through Restorative and Yin yoga, breath-work, and guided relaxation. Her classes are rooted in nervous system care and deep rest, creating a warm and supportive space for healing and renewal.
