About the event
The Intuitive Movement Integration Method (IMIM) supports nervous system regulation, boosting circulation and immune function, increasing flexibility and range of motion, as well as strengthening internal and external boundaries, and social relating. Celebrate yourself and your community in this playful space grounded in lightheartedness and compassionate experiencing of limiting beliefs and critical self-talk. With IMIM, you’re invited to express emotions and feelings through movement.
What to expect:
Our class will open with a 20-30min introduction about the IMIM intention, then we will dive right into the method. In the spirit of self-awareness, everything that will be offered is an invitation to listen to what resonates for you and to practice freedom of choice and omitting or modifying movements to your comfort level.
