Pelvic Floor Reset: Strength, Release & Everyday Confidence for Women
Fri, Oct 09
|Newtown Wellness Collective
Many women in midlife experience pelvic floor changes — leaking when they laugh or sneeze, a sense of heaviness, core instability, or discomfort they’ve never been taught to understand. These symptoms are common, but they’re not something you have to simply “live with.”

About the event
Join us for this nurturing, educational workshop designed to help you understand your pelvic floor, strengthen your core, support bladder control, and reconnect with your body in a compassionate, empowering way.
Together, we’ll explore how the pelvic floor, diaphragm, core, breath, and nervous system work together to create stability, balance, and ease. You’ll learn practical techniques you can use every day — from functional strengthening to intentional release — guided by Nicole Marino (The Pelvic Pro, Certified Pilates Instructor) and Jen Rizza (Certified Therapeutic Yoga Teacher).
We’ll demystify pelvic floor anatomy, move through a strengthening Pilates practice, align breath with movement, and then soften into restorative yoga to release tension and support healing. You’ll also experience guided meditation, optional aromatherapy, and a supportive space to ask questions and talk openly about what’s often overlooked or misunderstood.
Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, post‑menopause, prolapse, incontinence, or simply want to feel stronger and more…
