Held in the grounding energy of the Taurus New Moon, this experience invites you to slow down, soften, and gently attune to your body in a way that feels accessible to you. New moons mark a beginning, a quiet turning inward, a space to tend to what’s ready to take root.

As you settle in, you’ll be gently guided toward somatic release, supporting the clearing of stored tension and incomplete stress responses in the body.
