About the event
In this gathering, Courtney Ravita, a gifted musician and teacher, will guide us in learning several songs, including “The Way Knows the Way” by Lyndsey Scott, each chosen to support connection, resonance, and shared harmony. Courtney will also introduce instruments that deepen our connection to sound and vibration. Together, we’ll explore the joy of music-making as a pathway to presence, community, and shared rhythm. Alongside the musical journey, Elaine Gallas, LPC, and trauma-informed yoga teacher, will weave in reflections on the nervous system, vagal toning, and the science of sound. Through gentle practices, psychoeducation, and guided exercises, you’ll discover how vibration, rhythm, and voice can regulate the body, support coregulation with others, and deepen our sense of connection in community.
This event will culminate in Savasana, with Sheryl Fatse, Somatic Insight practitioner, guiding us into yogic rest (Yoga Nidra),…
