On November 5th, we celebrate our Grand Opening of PRANA Therapeutic Yoga! At 11:30am, we'll hold a ribbon cutting ceremony with Newtown's First Selectman, and at 12:30pm we invite you to join us for a complimentary Welcome Class to experience our class style. Please RSVP for class, 12:30-1:30pm.

About the event
We welcome to you our grand opening of PRANA Therapeutic Yoga Studio in Sandy Hook, CT! We’ll be joined by our Newtown First Selectman, Jeffrey Capeci, for a ribbon cutting ceremony as we welcome Newtown residents and businesses, friends and family to celebrate with us!
Ribbon cutting ceremony is at 11:30am (no RSVP necessary - join us if you're able!)
We’re also excited to host a Welcome Class to experience our therapeutic yoga approach! No prior experience with yoga is necessary – we invite you to bring your kind heart and curious spirit as we guide you through gentle movement, breath awareness, nervous system regulation, brief meditation and space to drop into being YOU!
Class will start as you’re guided through somatic orienting movements and gentle yoga postures for all abilities, with PRANA Yoga Studio Director, Elaine Gallas. You’ll then be invited into easeful stretching with guided breath and body…
