Full Moon Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath - Release & Renew!

Join us for a soul-nourishing evening dedicated to release, renewal, and heartfelt connection under the potent energy of the full moon. Join us to share in the ritual of full moon release with gentle restorative yoga guided by Jen Rizza, and a cleansing sound bath by Angela Urso.  To close the night, we’ll seal intentions with ceremonial cacao. 

Throughout the night, you’ll have opportunity to connect with what needs to be released,  using oracle cards, supported yoga poses to open energy flow, and soothing sounds with instruments such as crystal bowls, koshi chimes, rainsticks and ocean drums.  The night will guide you into stronger inner alignment and deep relaxation.  We’ll also offer crystals aligned with transformation—moonstone, selenite, black tourmaline, clear quartz, and labradorite—available to support your journey of letting go and welcoming new beginnings.
