About the event

Jumpstart your weekend and join us for a 90 minute session to move energy, invite length, open space and bring balance across mind, body & spirit!

In this class, you'll be guided through fluid gentle yoga asana (poses), led by Registered Yoga Teacher, Jen Rizza.  Incorporating breathwork, meditative rest and reflection, Jen offers mindful movements, adaptable for varied ability levels.  Class will start with more dynamic movement and slowly transition into restorative poses, ending with an extended savasana complemented by sound bath.

Throughout the yoga flow, Dorina Leslie, LMT will incorporate sound to support the movements.  She uses a blend of crystal sound bowls and chimes for collective sound healing, and during the restorative poses, will offer individualized attention with tuning forks and personal healing bowls.  Through purposeful use of sound, vibrations are directed into targeted areas of the body to promote the release of toxins and tension.  As the class moves into savasana, you'll be wrapped in a deeply nourishing 25-minute sound bath, supporting your body's natural healing capacity.

Class is 90 minutes and will start promptly on-time.  To create a space of safety and peace, will not allow late arrivals.  Please arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of class to get settled and bring water.  Yoga mats, props, bolsters, blankets are provided.

Advance registration is required - space is limited.  This class is offered monthly.  We look forward to seeing you 'on the mat!'
