About the event
How clear is the picture of your best self? Are you already living in your full potential? In this 90 minute workshop, we’ll dive into finding your vision for your best life.  Guided visualization is a powerful tool to unlock deep desires, strengths, ambitions and to examine self-imposed restrictions to achieving our dreams.  'Pranayama,' controlled breathwork, puts us in more soulful connection with our bodies and opens space to align mind, body and spirit.  Through these combined practices, you'll open greater understanding of the vision for your best self and discover how to support this with your daily actions so you may cultivate this in your life.
This is a sacred space for self-discovery where all participants are encouraged to practice vulnerability, hold space for others and their unique experiences and meet oneself and others with whole acceptance. Please review and acknowledge group agreements prior to registration.
This class meets in person or online (see ONLINE REGISTRATION) and participants must register in advance. Â Space is limited to 8 in-person participants in-studio.
What do you need? Â Â Blanket/pillow, journal/paper, and pen.
What to expect? Â Â Centering and intention setting with seated guided breathwork techniques. Â Guided visualization to tap into deeper inner wisdom. Reminder: All breathwork sessions are different and clients will experience something different each time.Â
Contraindications and Limitations: Clients should be aware of potential risks. Breathwork can induce hyperventilation, and this may lead to physical issues including dizziness, tingling of extremities, heart palpitations, or muscle spasms. Prolonged hyperventilation can lead to decreased blood flow to the brain, clouded vision, ringing in the ears, and possible cognitive changes.
Breathwork is not recommended for people with a history of aneurysms, cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure, vision problems, osteoporosis, or any recent physical injuries or surgeries. It is also not recommended for people who experience severe psychiatric symptoms or seizures or who take heavy medication. Clients should consult their primary care physician before engaging in breathwork therapy.
