About the event

So often, the life change of menopause brings us into disconnection from ourselves.  We notice unwanted body changes, undesirable mood fluctuations, sleep becomes evasive, and we may feel we no longer know ourselves.  The process of menopause can start as early as your late 30s (perimenopause) and last for up to 15+ years following your last period (post-menopause).  During this life change, it can be very supportive to be in community with women experiencing the same challenges.  We may also begin to move our mindset away from what can be perceived as loss, and shift to embracing a more loving and compassionate presence, meeting ourselves right where we are.

 

Your guide through this series is Jen Rizza, who will heartily share about her own perimenopause journey over the last 3 years.  Yoga has been incredibly supportive for her, and she is passionate about helping women find more productive ways…
