The Essence of Shadow Work
As the Moon wanes into her dark embrace, the veil grows thin. This is the sacred time to release, unearth and surrender — when we turn inward to meet what has been hidden. Shadow work is the practice of facing, honoring and integrating the parts of ourselves we often deny or suppress. In this circle, we will shed old skins, reclaim our hidden power, and transform through the wisdom of the shadow. From indigenous shamanic traditions to various psychological schools of thought, the message is consistent: when we embrace the hidden and wounded parts of ourselves, we rediscover wholeness.
