Somatic Yoga for Nervous System Reset: Gentle Flow & Restore Dates and Times: Tuesdays 10-11am & Thursdays 12-12:45pm and 6-7pm (most Thursdays) Instructor Facilitator: Elaine Gallas, Somatic Psychotherapist, RYT, Director of PRANA Yoga Studio Class Description: Somatic Yoga for Nervous System Health: Gentle Flow & Restore - Elaine Gallas (she/her) is a licensed mental health therapist (LPC) and yoga instructor specializing in somatic embodiment and nervous system regulation. In this class, she blends gentle mindful movement (yoga flow), breath work, and somatic practices, helping you to shift out of stress responses and into a felt sense of safety, calm, and connection. This class offers both dynamic movement and restorative practices, opening a grounding space where your body and mind can settle, recalibrate, and restore. Who is this for: Whether you’re navigating daily stress, burnout, or simply craving more ease and presence, this class invites you to slow down and come home to yourself. Class is open to all levels - no experience needed. Elaine teaches from a trauma-informed approach with emphasis on choice, accessibility, and nervous system education. Leave feeling centered, empowered, and supported. Your body holds wisdom, let’s listen together!
