Service Description
Gather your friends, host a bridal or bachelorette event, decompress with fellow busy moms, and relax with yoga!! Want deeply restorative and nourishing stretching? Relaxation and time to decompress? Or prefer a more active vinyasa flow? Or maybe you're all beginners, looking to try out yoga? Based in a Hatha tradition with additional certification in Restorative and Yin styles, Jen will personalize a practice to meet the needs of your special group. Available Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings Daytime sessions available Tuesday, Friday and Saturday 1 hour session Maximum group size is 6 participants
