Restore & Receive with Sheryl Fatse 7-8pm ~ July 30th, August 13th Newtown Wellness Collective A gentle, somatic yoga practice for *vagal toning, deep rest, and musical/sound nourishment. This class invites you to soften, slow down, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. Designed to support nervous system regulation and deepen receptivity, each session weaves together breath, gentle mindful movement, and guided rest—creating space for healing and inner ease. Begin with slow centering in body and breath, orienting to the present moment. Move through accessible somatic yoga designed for all abilities - letting the body lead through subtle movement, awareness - and stillness. Rest in a long savasana with guided meditation, supported by music and sound to foster a felt sense of safety and deepen nervous system regulation. Come as you are. This class is an invitation to receive, to listen, soften, and return to your inner ground. *Vagal toning refers to exercises and practices that stimulate the vagus nerve, which is a crucial part of your body's relaxation system (the parasympathetic nervous system).
