About the class:

This is a restorative yoga class which will include pillows, blankets, bolsters and invitation for gentle movements to renew and replenish.  At this time of seasonal transition, Raffaela will guide you to mentally, emotionally and soulfully connect within and shed the season of fall, in anticipation for the quiet calm of winter.

About Raffaela:

Raffaela began her journey of yoga in an effort to free herself of chronic low back pain. After trying a variety of styles, she found Vinyasa yoga with a focus on Iyengar alignment offered a safe environment of exploration to learn and grow. It is this self discovery and connection with the mind and body that she encourages each of her students to take.

In 2014, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification at Yoga Culture in Danbury, CT under the guidance of Jenny Schuck and Wendy Hagen. She creates a safe environment for students to explore and expand body, breath and heart. Raffaela draws from her own experience of healing and increased awareness to educate and turn you on to your own personal journey. Every class offers options that allow the practice to unfold into play, discovery and self-awareness transcending both on and off the mat.
