When used on a regular basis, as part of your holistic health and wellness routine, tuning forks can help balance the nervous system, support a healthy immune system, and help with the production of nitric oxide, which is critical in the healing process.
In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn about and experience using weighted Otto tuning forks  as a self-care tool to manage:

~ Anxiety and depression
1 pair of medical grade Om tuning forks is included in the price of the workshop ~ $100 per person.
Own your own weighted tuning forks or unsure about purchasing a pair?  ~ $25 to attend the workshop only.
**Dorina will have extra sets available for use during the workshop. If you decide you'd like to purchase your own tuning forks, she will have both weighted and unweighted tuning forks available for sale.
