Join us IN-STUDIO for a small-format class (maximum 4 participants). Â Restorative yoga is about finding quiet in the mind and body. Â Poses are adaptable to all bodies and ability levels and invite light stretching and relaxation. Â No prior experience with yoga is required. Â Restorative yoga offers an antithesis to stress and a mindful way to bring calm into your life.
