About the event
Stress shows up in many different ways - it can creep and and have you feeling muscle tightness, or you don't sleep well, or maybe you have headaches or feel constantly bloated, or mentally you're zapped out. We aren't meant to live in a 'constant-on' state and because of this, stress winds its way into life, perhaps blatantly, and at other times imperceptibly.
Through utilizing breath, gentle movement of the body, and inviting mindful focus, yoga helps to manage stress. Take some time to purposefully de-stress and join Jen Rizza for a peaceful class where you'll move through gentle yoga poses to create space in the body and mind (aka stretching) and promote healthy energy flow, followed by supportive restorative poses to renew, rest, restore.
Class format will be a gentle Flow & Restore style, with 25-30 minutes of asana flow to encourage supportive energy flow in the body, followed…
